Lazy day at the NOC. Didn’t do much besides doing laundry and getting junky food.

Stayed out of the rain. Bought a replacement Sawyer, arch support inlays, and tape for my foot. Kinda seems like I just buy stuff instead of getting rid of it.

Got tele-medical advice regarding my ankle; seems like what I should do is give it some rest, which isn’t really on the table. Apparently nothing too bad though. Let’s see if Vitamin I and tape is up to the job. Thanks to all the people who support me!

It’s supposed to rain heavily tonight, hopefully tomorrow the worst will be over. It’s a big climb out of the valley, and in a few days time we’ll be in the Smokies.
