Turmerics shoes are completely shot right now and won’t be suitable for another big day, so she arranged a shoe pickup/slackpack meeting early in the morning. The new shoes had arrived at a hostel about 23 miles out and the owner was able to bring us the box. Got out very early to meet up with Yardsale 3 miles into the day.

Picked up new shoes and dropped off our packs; met Prepper for the first time, who was in the car with Yardsale, being shuttled in the area.

Then about another 20 miles to the Lookout Hostel. Two minutes before arriving there we got info that Buckeye Boy will be shuttling there as well. He showed up some time later with two roadtrippers, who picked him up back at Cross Trails. Happiness all around.
