Turmeric’s foot did feel good in the morning, so we headed out on trail again. Packed our stuff and left the Zero Day Hostel with Buckeye.

Slackpacked the first eight miles into Cheshire, got rained on briefly, then Buckeye met us there. Pokey was there as well and got us sandwiches, fruit juice and Gatorade. Bought some ice cream there, then hiked out with Buckeye and Maggs halfway up Mount Greylock.

Stayed in the shelter there. A gaggle of kids on a group trip was there as well, entertaining the thru hikers.
