Did 17 miles to Story Spring Shelter. Trail got a little less muddy, weather was ideal for hiking. No rain, no sun, cool enough that you need a jacket when stopping. No mosquitoes as well.

Were able to have lunch and a afternoon break at shelters, which are much more frequent along the Long Trail.

Met two LT SOBOers at the shelter, and a local lady with a small kid hiking. Two big dogs at the shelter, who left when it got dark.

Tomorrow probably rain, so the shelter is packed full.
