Started the day well rested after a night in the Hikers Welcome barn.

Hiked out at 8:15, did a creek crossing, passed the 1800 mile marker, then slow and steady up Mount Moosilauke. First of the White Mountain 4000ers.

Up there spectacular views, clouds, and lunch.

Started the descent just before noon. Took a long time going down some pretty steep sections. Very pretty though.

Came back to the hostel, did a resupply, reorganized food, met up with Toto and Buckeye. Marty, PBJ, Secret Sauce, Foxtrot, Colossus there as well. Good crew.
