Took a zero at the Notch Hostel. The High Peaks Forecast had some really nasty things to say about today’s weather, so we decided not to go up to Franconia Ridge, which is really exposed.

Used the day to relax and do some light chores. Borrowed bikes and went into town. Bought food, got a pair of Darn Toughs exchanged and bought a second one at the outfitter, got some maple-raspberry ice cream.

Cooked up some burgers, got ketchup from Corndog, who got a burger in exchange.

Turmeric got her new backpack frame shuttled in, I rebooked my flight back to Germany so we have a few days more.
