Started the day with Turmeric rolling her ankle, then continued with the hardest mile on trail.
Mahoosic Notch is a mile of random, fridge-to-car-sized boulders, where you have to scramble over and under and through. Took us about two hours and twenty minutes for about 0.9 miles. Was fun at times, and we had dry conditions, which was very welcome.
After that, the climb out of the notch was one of the steepest on trail. At the end of the day we were pretty done for.
Got into the Barn, being shuttled by Kitchen Sink. Got spaghetti and meatballs there, which Honey had cooked for dinner.
