AT 156: Crocker

Woke up early, broke down tent, left the logging road. A hostel stay was calling and we pushed for miles. Passed South/North Crocker Mountain, who are, despite being 4000ers, fairly unremarkable. AT 155: Saddleback

Got egg sandwiches from Steve, said our goodbyes, then on trail again. Did the Saddleback ridge, which had amazing views above treeline. Reminiscent of Franconia. In the evening did an hour of night hiking and set up tent on an old fire road.

AT 154: Off Grid Zero

Took an unplanned zero to get some much needed rest. The Hiker Hut is really nice, and having no cell service and electricity may help relaxing. Went into Rangeley to do laundry, charge up electronics, and resupply, then back to the trailer.
