  Woke up late to escape the rain, which was supposed to end noonish. The plan worked out, and after a DD breakfast we hit the trail at around noon to just a light sprinkling. Trail conditions after the rain last night are meh. A lot of mud due to minimal trail maintenance, no functional water…

  Finished the climb up Mt Greylock. Got breakfast on the way from Bacon Wrap, who cooked up eggs and ham at a parking lot. Visited the monument on top, then down the mountain again. Met up with Buckeye in Williamstown, got trail magic donuts there. Went on to the Vermont Border, the start of the…
