Zero day. Made pancakes for breakfast. Organized food supply, did digital chores. Shuttled for resupply, got ice pops served by Walmart, played a game of chess. Had a nice little walk along the Potomac. Made big dinner with pasta, veggies, and burgers, then got some pulled pork for second dinner.

First day without rain for a while. Got the Canadian wildfire haze though. Did 18 miles today, the last few were a slog.
